We try to keep product information, packaging formats, ingredients, carton packing, and shelf life details clear and accurate. However, specifications may change from time to time based on supply base logistics. Buyers must confirm all product details with ANC Group Ltd before placing a commercial order.
Product images, graphics, packaging visuals, and digital mockups are used for presentation purposes. Actual products, packaging, labels, or custom boxes may differ from images shown on the website.
Submitting a quote request or contact form does not create a binding contract. A quotation is only valid when confirmed in writing by ANC Group Ltd, depending on custom parameters (Product category, packaging format, order volume, destination market, sample requirements, and required documents).
Sample requests can be discussed during the enquiry process. Providing a sample does not guarantee final production, availability, pricing, or order acceptance.
Private label, OEM, and ODM beverage projects require written contract confirmations. The buyer is responsible for making sure their brand name, logo, label design, and packaging text do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or break destination custom laws.
ANC Group Ltd may reject or cancel a project if we believe it is not technically, legally, or commercially suitable for production.
Prices discussed before final contract confirmation are estimates and may change due to global raw material fluctuations. Payment terms must be agreed upon in writing before manufacturing runs are scheduled.
Export buyers are responsible for checking local import rules, customs requirements, labeling languages, and certification approvals in their destination market. ANC Group Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs, port congestion, shipping companies, or force majeure events.
All website content (including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, product visuals, design elements, and compiled software) is the exclusive property of ANC Group Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, edit, or publish any website content without written permission.
